She was born 3 months early, so she’s actually just a few weeks old now.

+1 omg. Do people really think you don’t start counting age or birth date until the due date!?! You have your actual age and then drs go by the adjusted age for meeting milestones, etc until about 18 months but that doesn’t mean you change the baby’s actual age.
As a preemie mom, what I dislike is that they clearly are doing these cheese poses with real photographers, hair & makeup. I was SO excited to get my babies home from the nicu that the last thing I would have had time for kids as glamour stuff and posed photos. I couldn’t take my hands or eyes off my babies for their first months home. We had to severely limit contact with others, including grandparents. We did have a baby nurse but no way would I have out that tiny baby in front of photographers and stuff.
