| I can’t imagine denying someone the use of facilities for basic human needs. Have we lost all decency as a society? |
That's Ms. Jackson to you, dear. |
This, but I wouldn’t like it one bit. |
| This is why I don't give anyone my housekeeper's contact info. I know how horrible people are. |
| I would have allowed that. They already are in your home. |
I’m sorry that you were unfairly shamed as a child. |
| I can't imagine someone coming into my home to provide a service and NOT offering a drink and to use the restroom if they need to. |
And I can’t imagine someone knowingly having diahrrhea and the going to someone’s house and exploding all over their bathroom wall, but that’s what happens. |
|
Yes, of course I let them. They've never once soiled the toilet or done anything untoward. And you should never keep medicine in a bathroom - too much heat and humidity. |
I think you are making up extreme cases in your head to make yourself not seem like such a jerk. |
That's not how diarrhea works though. You don't get to pick when you need to go, you just need to go. |

The DMV, such a self righteous place full of self declared uber liberal, equity supporting, social justice warrior fanatics, yet when faced with a delivery person who has the insanity to ask to use the bathroom for his/her basic and necessary human body function posters are appalled, disgusted and feel justified in turning this low income worker away. Not in my backyard and not in my bathroom.
So hypocritical. This is basic human decency. I am dumbfounded people cannot see their own contradictions. You people are terrible. |
Seriously!??? Are you serious? Have you never had to go really badly before? I get that they should really use a McDonalds bathroom or wherever 5 minutes away but sometimes urgency happens. Have you not beeen on the road traveling and needed to go really badly? The point is that I get it's annoying but at the same times, this is literally an example where you really have to see other people as human. |
This. I don’t believe for one second this ever happened. In the 30 years Ive een a homeowner this has never once happened. And I let anyone who asks use the bathroom. I’m not an asshole. PP do you not let guests use the bathroom either? Have a port o potty set up in the yard for them? |

Anyone who comes into my home is welcome to use the restroom. I make sure it is clean before any guests or workers/delivery persons come over and I will clean it again if they use it. We have an elderly person and toddler so things can go awry quickly in the bathroom so we do a good wipe of the counters and toilet. I spray touch surfaces (knobs, handles, etc.) before and after. I also change the hand towels before guests come over and if workers use the restroom. I offer bottled water and coffee (nespresso). For movers, we have provided food, drinks, etc.
Im DMV poor and y'all suck. |
