Can being much taller than avg ever be a disadvantage for men?

He’s super uncomfortable on flights because his legs don’t fit and so we rarely fly anywhere. If we do fly somewhere we end up having to get a bigger/more expensive rental car so he fits in it. When we first got married, he didn’t have a car and I did, but he couldn’t drive my car (a small 2 door coupe) because there was no way in which to position the seat and still see put the front window to drive. When we replaced it, cars that comfortably fit him were of course more expensive. Like another PP when we looked for a house in this area so many were non-starters because of square footage in a low ceiling basement, tucked under eaves in a renovated attic, etc.

Is he hung?

Yes yes he is

I’m the OP of the quoted post and I did not opine here on my H’s endowment. No idea why someone pretended to answer this for me.

Wow he has a large endowment and he’s well endowed

My husband is 6’4” and broad shouldered and he says this as well. Apparently when he was younger/college drunk kids would dare each other to hit him or try to beat him up. He said he fought more than he wanted to growing up because of this, and the expectation that he would defend “friends” who ran their mouths and hid behind him. I’ve seen people measure up to him on the sidewalk before (been a while though).

His stretch marks are massive and I always think how painful his growth spurts must have been. Bonus for me, my pregnancy stretch marks are nothing compared to his!

Otherwise all the stuff others have said - uncomfortable seats, small beds, etc. We had to start getting really good couches/furniture because the old ones would break down so fast (that’s his overall size, not just height). Most things aren’t designed for people that size.

The short kids always get to go on a pony ride
I remember a pony at a school function. Everyone was supposed to get a turn, somehow my turn never came up but the short kid got 2 rides

In your dreams b ! Tch. Short people- ankle problems

My DH is 6'3 and has back issues, and had ankle issues. The ankle issue started when he hit his growth spurt. He said it hurt so badly when he hit his growth spurt, he was constantly rotating his ankles in bed to relieve the pain. To this day, he still constantly rotates his ankles in bed out of habit. He has very long legs.

He ha stretch marks, and back issues.

I don't know what ^PP's problem is.

I've said this before, the world is built for average sized people. Too tall or too short is a problem.

-signed a too short person married to a tall person

They have a shorter lifespan, on average, due to the fact that their hearts have to work extra throughout their lives.

Also, I think my son, who is 15, is beyond done with the comments from grandparents, aunts and uncles, and random people we meet who can’t talk about anything but how tall he is.

Nike has Sweatpants in tall size

Why is that relevant to this discussion on height?

??? Can you elaborate? My two boys are a head taller than the rest of their classmates and I can't say that I've noticed this at all.

Because everything is in proportion and it’s impossible to hide.

I do not discriminate. Any height is fine
