Has anyone noticed that not only is there a huge surge of new COVID-19 cases, the number of celebrities divorcing or separating has also gone way up?
Do you think it is based on the current pandemic?? That even celebrities get tired of each other in their huge mansions??! |

+1 A lot of these people probably traveled a lot (both for work and leisure) and had long days on set, at events/appearances, etc. pre-covid and spent minimal time with their spouses (and kids, since they probably have live in nannies). I mean, even among my colleagues, there were some people who traveled a lot for both work and leisure before Covid and they are having a hard time adjusting to being home all the time. |

NP. She’s been regular cast on two long tv shows. I’d like to note that she has at least one child with SN. Parents of children with SN have a slightly higher risk of divorce. |

While I am not discounting the stress, parents of means who have SN kids can hire private tutors, SN nannies, people to take them to their therapies, etc. If she was on two long tv shows, she was likely away from home for 12+ hours a day on set and had a lot of hired help. |

Jennifer Gray also announced her divorce.
And looks like Kim and Kanye will. I don't think it's the pandemic. Most divorces are a long time coming. Anything announced in the last few months was probably in the works for a long time. Kelly just didn't announce her divorce, she was obviously consulting with her legal team, PR, etc. to have a plan in place for months. |
