I don't think it's the pandemic. Most divorces are a long time coming. Anything announced in the last few months was probably in the works for a long time. Kelly just didn't announce her divorce, she was obviously consulting with her legal team, PR, etc. to have a plan in place for months.

Yeah, no. I think this is definitely the pandemic at work. How many times have you seen 20+ celebrity divorces announced in just 3 months?

As for Kelly, she was holed up in a shack with her husband and 3 kids in the week leading up to the divorce announcement. Does not sound like someone getting legal and publicity in place for months ahead of schedule.

I think Kim and Kanye was a long time coming with his mental health. But that one will take longer I think because it’s a lot of money on the table for even a celebrity marriage.

Celebrities divorce all the time, this is not a new trend. Jay and Kristin announced their divorce two week after lockdown. You think people throw away 10 years together and risk losing custody of kids because of a bad vacay? Yea, no.

Most of these were in the works. Kelly C's was a LONG time coming.
