Fight club was the peak? |
| Anyone agree with that? |
| And I'm not saying it was all downhill. Just saying that was tip top. |
+1. No new news in days so maybe both parties have decided to make it private. |
| Chateau Miraval is reportedly not for sale. There goes my dream of a French retirement estate. |
No. Legends of the Fall was his peak. Tristan all the way. |
| Temporary agreement was reached. Bradley agreed to voluntary drug/alcohol test & it came back negative. Awful Angie gets the kids for 3 weeks and it only gets visitation and it's supervised by a therapist. He's too nice to hit back -- he should be demanding the SAME for her, but he's taking the high road for the sake of his kids. He is seeing his kids finally at least. |
This is an insane comment. |
Geez, how do we know this level of detail? If this is true, then Brad must have truly acted inappropriately to accept this highly unfavorable outcome. I'm an attorney and have seen many documented abuser assholes get far more favorable visitation terms than this (which burns me up every time, I'm not cut out for family law). |
It's from TMZ. And the custody arrangement was recommended by DCFS. According to the TMZ article, it was either accept it or go to court. It's only for three weeks and this way he does actually get to see his kids. |
Why? She has admitted drug abuse in the past is speculative that she's using, is why she so thin And he is sparing the kids from losing time w their mom Sounds like he loves his kids more than he dislikes Angelina. |
| I bet he wouldn't even want custody of 6 kids. When he was crying all those years ago about wanting kids I bet he imagined 1 or 2, and got more than he bargained for. |
I was puzzled too. It said his drug test was negative. Wonder what really happened. |
Either the video (or the children's account) was pretty damaging, or AJ has hired an incredible divorce attorney. Or both. |
What I'm curious about is what the therapist's determination will be. He/she gets to decide whether he may then have unsupervised visits OR if a therapist must continue to be present. Will the opportunity to stay involved (the access) color the therapist's decision? |
