Angles really hasn't helped her rep much with this.

Their old bodyguard says their biggest concern was the children being kidnapped and that he was allowed to take the kids anywhere on his own but they didn't trust anyone else to do that. He also says he practically fathered the children.

Yeah, he seems a bit delusional. He also said "he was more worried about people attacking Brad than Angelina, saying: “People love her but hate him.""

Seriously? I find that hard to believe. Another article by the fixer?

Supposedly Maddox did not attend Brad's recent visitation with the rest of the kids.

I don't understand why it's Maddox's decision. If Brad's his father, then he goes. I'm not divorced, so my kids don't have a choice about whether they're around me; we live together and we're together, even when they're mad at me. IMO, barring serious abuse, kids shouldn't get the choice about whether they spend time with their parent.

Well, he's 15. In custody disputes, older children have a say. And their relationship and argument have been used as the reason for his parents splitting up. He might be very angry at his dad, and his mom doesn't seem the type to make them work through things.

PP here-That's not to Angelina's credit that she wouldn't expect her son to try to work things through, even if he's very angry. The fact that his father is not living with him isn't a reason he should get to make the choice not to be with his father. If his parents weren't divorcing, presumably he'd have to be in the home with his father and would not have the choice.

I agree. A good mother would make sure that Maddox at least attended the meeting with his father, even if he didn't speak or said some hard words. That was what I was getting at.

It looks like Angelina is willing to get as nasty as she needs to in order to achieve her goals. I'm shocked they've put this out there about Maddox. I have to assume it was approved by her because she threatens to sue at the drop of a hat.

This forum is a magnet for people who obsess about The Kane Show and Kate Middleton. Spats between superinfatuated fans sounds par for the course.

+1

It wasn't necessary to say anything at all about Maddox. That was put out to continue the attack on Pitt.

Does she realize that it looks bad for her to conduct the divorce like this, in public?

I'm not a fan of her antics, but forcing him to attend is a disaster waiting to happen. Both parents need to be patient with the child in this situation.

Aren't these supervised visits? If so, there is no reason for the visit to become a disaster. In fact, I would expect that both Brad and Maddox would be on their best behavior. Maddox should see his dad. He wouldn't have to say anything, just being around each other would help to melt the ice. a little But keeping them apart like that is only going to widen the divide. And Angelina knows that.
