I think it's too late and yeah they only bothered to distance themselves from the comedian's comments, not the hate comments from Tucker, the guy calling Harris the devil, the comments making fun of Jews and Arabs or Trump's own "enemy within" comments. Trump wanted to say the quiet part out loud and his rally was a celebration of that. If he's elected there will be more Charlottesville rallies and more Proud Boys and more disinformation and hate. Trump and everything he stands for is irredeemable.

Trump spoke hours after these guys; there was plenty of opportunity for him to distance himself during his rambling speech. It only became a problem after they were called out.

They really thought it was going to be well received. It must look like Downfall in their bunker.

They don't have any empathy which is why they thought all the many slurs were ok and not offensive.

I’m not Jewish so I won’t say all that you say, but as someone who grew up in a conservative Christian home, yeah, the rest of that tracks to degrees. Literally they are still mad that “the Jews killed Jesus.” They do not think Judaism is a religion to be respected.

I get that a lot of Jewish people think that it’s great that Trump wants Israel to glass Gaza. I hope that they understand that they themselves would be in serious mortal danger if Trump wins again.
