MCPD is looking into it.

The MCPD is aware of the video circulating on social media of a “road rage” incident occurring in Bethesda. In the video, disturbing statements of a racial nature are made by an individual against an Asian woman. I don’t understand what happened. He was fighting with someone else and this woman stepped in? Why was anyone being called the N word?

She seems to be defending her son and accusing the man of calling her son the n-word, I think. Not clear why he cursed at her son.

I think he called the woman a “Nip”, because he assumed she was of Japanese extraction. “Nip” being an abbreviation of “Nippon”.... and regarded as a racial denigration.

Disrespectfully called her a "Jap" and talked about doing a repeat of Hiroshima. She corrected him that she's not even Japanese and he said "You wanna fight?"

This is horrible and he’s a jackass. He definitely threatened her and said vile and racist things. Hopefully they can track his license plate. If Black Twitter were on this, you’d know his name, address, and where he worked within the hour.

+1000. That guy seems pretty unstable, in addition to being racist--he deserves any doxxing he gets.
