They have his name and plate # from the video. I can't make out his name but I'm sure others can.

PP. It's not an excuse. I don't mean he's mentally ill, just that he seems irrationally angry. As soon as he yelled "You're not my mother!" I thought, this guy is losing it, lady--back away slowly. I'm black, and I've encountered quiet racism, which in some ways is worse because it's not as apparent. This guy looks likely to fly off the handle and get violent.
