When will youth soccer games start again?

Putting aside all the recursive discourse on DA, ECNL, DPL/GAL, MLS, EDP, etc. when will youth soccer games start and when will college soccer games start again?

I predict:
Spring 2021 for youth. Why? Because many high schools will still have remote learning in the fall and that sets the tone.

Fall 2021 for college. Why? Because many colleges will still have remote learning in the fall and if campuses are closed, no sports, except for football in empty stadiums to at least try to bring in some TV money.

There is pretty significant variation in enthusiasm and risk tolerance between the various soccer levels. There will be alot more pressure on ECNL programs than rec for instance, particularly for teams in college recruiting years. Assuming there are no roadblocks on field use, I don't see any way that ECNL doesn't restart this fall, even on a reduced schedule. Rec may take a bit longer.

Got an email. AAU is resuming May 1st in certain areas. I think we will have limited fall soccer. Maybe no traveling between states which could be problematic for GAL and MLS

LOL no. Things will open up state by state. What are you going to play a team from another state that is still in lock down or different phase vs your state? Rec soccer is in some states will start up before ECNL.

Looks like your reading comprehension may need some work. The previous post says "Assuming there are no roadblocks on field use". In any event, ECNL games will likely start with contests between in-state clubs.
