Do you expect the UPS guy to get stopped and have to pay a cop $60 just so he can go on his way to make deliveries?
Do many fellow drivers have licenses that they "bought" but never took the test?

There is corruption to be sure in the USA, but we mostly respect the rule of law, and you don't have to pay bribes in daily life. That is not true in most of the world were corruption is viewed as normal since they don't pay government employees a professional wage.

I agree that our culture of respecting the rule of law is one of our greatest assets. The problem is that Trump is the type to bribe and be bribed.
