Kamala Harris for President

Not to mention her terrible VP track record, and word salad with no meaning, and that she has slept her way too to the top. As a woman, she is not the woman I want for president. Never.

Are you 14?

Great. Vote for the party that hates women. God help you.

Vice President Kamala Harris opened up a marginal two-percentage-point lead over Republican Donald Trump after President Joe Biden ended his re-election campaign and passed the torch to her, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found.

Some 56% of registered voters agreed with a statement that Harris, 59, was "mentally sharp and able to deal with challenges," compared to 49% who said the same of Trump, 78.

Jeff, you know polls mean squat. Hilary was leading in the polls but we all know what happened with that.

How many cases has Kamala herself litigated?

WHERE’S THE LIST??

WOW! She actually blocked DNA testing that would have exonerated people.

Apparently, she has a record of being corrupt.

+1. She’s horrible.

More polling (Jeff did you delete the Kamala Polls thread?)

538 was actually showing a statistical tie and a Trump victory in the margin of error. The polls were accurate but you always need to take into account the standard error

Most prosecutors do this . People that have been in jail for a long time can’t get hired anymore, can’t find somewhere to live except loser low self esteem girlfriends (and you’d be surprised there are plenty ),and usually have to return to crime . Crime rates are bad for prosecutors and cops . They decide it’s best to just keep criminals past their time and you’ll be surprised how many are fine with that. They have no pay to pay bills or no one or nothing to come home to

Citation?

My citation is life . What job that you know hires a convicted felon? The sad part is when they’re innocent but still tainted by a criminal record. We have some of the highest incarceration and recidivism rates in the world because most Ex cons especially those without the family support return back to crime. I’m not sure what other countries do but I’m going to guess they have some sort of job training or some sort of programs to give ex cons paid careers after . We don’t have that .

I think the worst part and this relates to Biden is he wanted lots of crack addicts in jail for years and years instead of rehab but his son ended up an addict as well and suddenly he has all this compassion for “opioid addicts” and to treat it as public health. Drug addicts do not belong in jail at all. They are not criminals. They are sick from addiction . Lots of mentally Ill ended up in jails too once Reagan shut down the psych wards in California. Sad situation but this is why Cali jails are super overpopulated (just like the state is)

Your personal anecdote doesn’t prove your claim.

That was a different poster . That wasn’t my anecdote . Anyway, I’m defending Kamala Harris here. Keeping prisoners beyond their time sounds horrible but it’s often prisoners who want to stay past their time as they have nowhere to go upon release . Some prisoners don’t want freedom because there’s not exactly a safety net or onboarding once you’re home . Only those with families or able to charm some girlfriend are able to find means post jail

I will take it.

North Carolina has a large African American and Indian American community . I’m interested in seeing how the polling evolves there . Apparently Haley’s supporters are moving to Harris as well so the Carolinas (though a long shot) may surprise like Georgia

Yea, the polls underestimates the blue wave in the last two elections. Blue tidal wave coming….

Yes, and she’s only going to get better! Can someone please tell me what the guy said in 2nd video when she asked what kind of country do we want to live in? He said one word that grabbed her attention and made her laugh.

Not typically in this channel, but I have to ask: can someone explain how the hell Kamala Harris managed to change the narrative about her amongst young people very sharply?

Like, less than a week ago, if you told the average young progressive voter that Kamala’s the next president they’d jump into a vat of hot oil while screaming “Cop!” And now she has memes all over Twitter about how amazing she is?!

I couldn’t catch that either and wondered.

I replayed it a few times and can’t tell.

It’s really baffling. I went from having to yell at friends who were committed to not voting this election, one of them who actively works in campaigning, and now they’re more excited to vote than me??
