What are we stress-eating?

For me it's cookie dough. I keep meaning to make cookies but have the break-away gluten free ones in the fridge and keep just eating them raw. Far too many of them.

I'm comfort baking and then eating..especially stuff I make only around the holidays. Banana chocoloate chip bread, peanut blossoms, chocolate revel bars, and yesterday...chocolate fudge.
It's surreal, but so is life right now....

Today I had a Tarte D’Alsace from Trader Joe's for the first time in years. I ate the whole thing.

Well, the wine and bag of chocolate eggs is gone. I moved one homemade popcorn with tons of butter.

A bag of Trader Joe’s trail mix. It has white chocolate chips and nuts and cranberries... So good and it’s the first time I’ve had it. Sad that I didn’t buy like 6 bags. Haven’t been grocery stopping since 2 weekends ago.
