Rice pudding. I am increasing the rice and reducing/eliminating the other ingredients. The results are getting better and better. |

A handful of pretzel sticks every time I walk by the pantry. Sometimes with peanut butter, sometimes with Trader Joe's bacon and cheese dip, sometimes au naturel. It must stop. |

I am only burning about 7 calories a day, so it's not great. |
