What are we stress-eating?

Rice pudding. I am increasing the rice and reducing/eliminating the other ingredients. The results are getting better and better.

Pistachio nuts. And soooo much grapefruit juice. For some reason stress always makes me want citrus juice. Go figure.

Two Manhattans a day. It is glorious.

A handful of pretzel sticks every time I walk by the pantry. Sometimes with peanut butter, sometimes with Trader Joe's bacon and cheese dip, sometimes au naturel. It must stop.

Cadbury mini eggs. There is a bowl out on a desk in the kitchen, and I have a secret stash, too.

I am only burning about 7 calories a day, so it's not great.
