I just had 3 “fun size”, low quality chocolate candy bars that have been totally ignored in our junk drawer for a few months. Lol. I don’t think of myself as being a stress eater, but this is the first junk I’ve eaten after dinner in over 2 months, so I guess I am. |

Thankfully I’m not. It feels good. Am doing a vegan meal plan with no caffeine, sugar, flour, meat, fish, alcohol or dairy. 18 of 31 days. It’s nice to not be munching all day and self soothing with sugar and carbs right now. |
