Can someone explain the Tyler situation to me? From what I understand, she met a guy a couple years ago and became fast friends. Now Jen calls him her boyfriend and interacts often with a satire account for Tyler - The Tyler Merritt Project. People are saying Tyler’s girlfriend runs the satire account so it’s not really satire? I know Jen is loving the single life at her age, done getting serious with man children. But it feels weird for a middle aged woman to drag out a “joke” for so long. Does that make sense? I feel like im confusing myself trying to explain my confusion.

They both share the same publicist who originally set them up. It’s a love affair for the ages.

Serious question for you. Can you read? Are you illiterate? Jen and Tyler are engaged. She doesn’t want to detract from Gavin’s wedding but she’ll release the rock soon. It’s gorgeous. Tyler does not have a satire page.

Wouldn’t getting engaged before her son’s wedding be in itself taking attention away from his wedding - regardless if she shares about it online to strangers?

Why would sharing it online take away from him and his soon to be wife when it would most certainly be doing that in real life on its own? This supposed engagement couldn’t wait like a month after the wedding?

I went to their church, ANC, shortly after they planted it. It was a good place. It was warm and inviting for the most part and had many younger families. However, there was always a “weirdness” with her and Brandon. It was almost like they were untouchable- they tried to play it off as though they were friendly. But, in reality, they didn’t want to be troubled with the “peasants.” They only really cared about the Pruett’s and Sheltons, and maybe 1 or 2 other families. I’m sure other ANC’ers can confirm.
