I’ve decided to give up watching TV. It’s going to be hard for me.
I always add a positive to do during Lent as well like “say a kind thing to someone every day” or do a “random act of kindness” but I can’t think of one this year. Any suggestions? |

| Oh for a positive one: maybe a gratitude list, if you don’t already do that? Maybe write a card to older relatives once a week or something? |

I am also meeting with friends weekly to do a little discussion on furthering our faith. Be more present.
Which means.... Don't look at my phone while talking to others. Don't look at phone during a meeting. Don't look at my phone during a meal. Don't look at phone while watching a TV show. Don't check email or the internet while working/at kids events/etc. Etc. |
