What is your dinner menu this week?

Well I’m doing a whole30 (today is day 12) so it’s slightly different than usual

Tonight: grilled steak with chimichurri, baked potatoes, roasted broccoli
Tomorrow: Asian beef bowls/ shaved beef from TJ’s cooked with garlic, ginger, coconut aminos and red pepper flakes with stir fry veggies over rice (for them) and cauliflower rice (for me)
Tuesday: chicken tikka masala with coconut milk in place of cream in the sauce
Wed: chicken Italian sausage and roasted peppers and onion, cauliflower gnocchi, marinara (Mezetta brand is amazing and has no sugar)
Thursday: turkey burgers, sweet potato fries, asparagus
friday: No idea. It usually pizza but not for me until January 31

Tuesday: out
Wednesday: meatball subs
Thursday: waffles with fruit
Friday: pizza
Saturday: pork BBQ sandwiches with bean salad

Whatever else I make, my 6 year-old will only eat buttered noodles or cereal and I don’t have the will to care anymore.

Saturday: black bean and kale soup
Sunday: mushroom and spinach orzo
Monday: out
Tuesday: TBD
Wednesday: chicken korma, rice, veggies
Thursday: pasta w/meatballs, green beans
Friday: probably pizza

Monday I have a board meeting for a charity and weirder dinner-likely I’ll choose some kind of salad. Tuesday is my daughter’s choice so I waiting to see what she picks.

Monday: zucchini pancakes and cobb salad with eggs and chicken sausage
Tuesday: lamb stew
Wednesday: beyond meat in marinara sauce and spaghetti
Thursday: scrambled egg quesadillas
Friday: No idea yet, probably fish

My 4 year old will eat everything except the red pasta sauce.

NP, but do you make your own cauliflower gnocchi? Would love a recipe!

Argh--we order dinner. It's perfectly normal though!

My six year old will eat some frozen peas and parmesan mixed into the buttered noodles. Every bit helps!

Monday - crockpot glazed chicken thighs, green beans, rice
Tuesday - ham and broccoli hashbrown casserole
Wednesday - black bean soup and cornbread
Thursday - salmon, asparagus, couscous
Friday - pizza

This past week we had:
Tacos
Green Pea stew
Roasted chicken and potatoes(tonight)
Roasted cauliflower and smoked salmon(not much salmon clearly)
Beef soup(broth like) with pot roast, carrots and potatoes with it
One night we ordered Chinese, chicken and broccoli and shrimp and veggies and won ton soup
Baked ziti(cheese only on one side for dd that likes cheese, the rest of us don't eat diary)

No but the frozen kind from TJ’s is compliant because it uses cassava flour.
