In DC: Kalorama, Woodley Park, Woodland-Normanstone, Cleveland Park and MA Avenue Heights. All centrally located NW neighborhoods and all super expensive.

Varies greatly: Definitely East Capitol St, and also some surrounding areas (e.g., A St SE within a few blocks of the Library of Congress.).

- resident of a nice part of Cap Hill, but nothing I'd call "prestige"
