Nope. |
No way |
| K street. |
Kalorama and Woodland-Normanstone. Everything else, while nice, takes a back seat to the actual mansions in these wooded neighborhoods. |
| Silver Spring |
Maybe since 2015.. Up until then, it was behind McLean/Great Falls (which I know is Nouveau riche to CC/NWDC types) and certain parts of Alexandria. It has definitely become more "prestigious" in the last several years |
Don’t try to play in this sandbox. The prize is a turd and N. Arlington still can’t win it. |
eh don't want to. Trust me. But ever since I've been coming here all I hear about is N. Arlington. Guess mostly everybody still thinks certain parts of DC take the cake..

I think Lyon Village could play. Everyone who lives there thinks it’s all that just like Bethesda. |
No. I remember when Capital Hill had its first $1m real estate sale. It wasn’t that long ago. |

This poster is messing with you, but I will say if money were no object I would buy in Woodside (in Silver Spring). Expensive but not even close to prestige compared with other neighborhoods in the DC area listed already. |
