Thank you, but you completely avoided answering the question. Why? |
Wassaman. |
I think I answered the question. I have no personal knowledge of any association of Clinton and Alinsky. I have heard many allegations by conservatives. I have no idea if those allegations are true. I am not sure why it would matter. I have never voted for any Clinton and don't care who they associated with "back in the day". |
Looks like Jeff needs to brush up on the history of his hero's...

Kind of a snake answer. All you are really saying here is you are uninformed. |
Actually, he said above he's never voted for a Clinton. That said, NOT knowing this speaks to being someone who selectively reads. |
I thought it was well-known that HRC wrote her thesis on Alinsky. Jeff didn't know that? |
...even more....it gets worse... When she interviewed Alinsky, he offered her a job. And not only that, but Clinton contacted Wellsley shortly after he won the WH to request that all theses be "under lock and key." Couldn't have the public knowing what an Alinskyite his wife was. https://www.conservativereview.com/articles/alinskys-daughter-heres-the-truth-about-hillary-the-media-wont-tell-you |
You know all these things, yet you do not realize that her thesis rejected Saul Alinsky's methods as ineffective. What is your media, and why didn't they tell you this??? |
If you know so much, you would know that while she rejected his tactics, she did not reject his goals. She merely realized that the better way to achieve "social justice" (to use a term libs would understand) would be to work through government - not the organization model that Alinsky espoused. Re the media, I'd be interested in where you get your news. Since I want a broad perspective, I watch or read CNN, FOX, C-SPAN, the WaPo (although it is increasingly making my stomach turn), the WSJ, Washington Times, and others. Reporting from the left, middle, and center. |
Typical liberals - selective memory. I subscribe to the theory of keep your friends close and your enemies closer, however the left ignores this on a regular basis. |
As I have said multiple times -- apparently conservatives struggle with literacy and must have things repeated to them -- I know of this only from being told by conservatives. I had no reason to research Clinton's college thesis and couldn't care less what she wrote about. |
Hold it, so Clinton rejected Alinsky's tactics, yet conservatives are mindless repeating "Alinsky #1" and "Alinsky #7" and then asking if we have read Clinton's thesis? There is no way to interpret this than it meaning conservatives have no idea about what they are talking. |
Wasn't Hillary personally associated with Alinsky?
I do believe so. |
I read that she interviewed him for a thesis. Also, that she was offered a job by him but turned it down. Alinksy was a community organizer. Some say that Obama followed his guidelines when he was a community organizer. |
