I mean, I think we agree this was terrible behavior by some seriously self-serving humans, I just don’t think their college educations have anything to do with it. |
I think they had to move quickly bc he's CEO, and investors and clients will care more about that role. HR is an internal issue. It's crazy to think she can stay on though, so I agree they'll quietly negotiate her departure. There must be rules against what she did. Rules she herself taught her colleagues. |
Rules she arrogantly thought did not apply to her. |
Well, she would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those meddling kids. |
I would think she’s actually got a lot of street smarts and charm. She’s gotten multiple rich men, been promoted to the C-suite etc. despite not having an Ivy education or a wealthy upbringing, Same goes for someone like Lauren Sanchez. She knows how to play the game and she probably knows how to take smart risks. This was a freak incident. |
They never would have been filmed if they weren’t openly cuddling AND in a luxury box front and center. |
She’s also really good at her real job, I’ll bet. |
They would have still gotten away if they hadn’t behaved like a pair of scalded cats. How many kiss cam clips do you normally see? |
Trust me that a law firm is drafting the papers. HR doesn't fire C suite, the board via outside counsel does. |
Time to audit the hiring practices, compensation, bonuses, and all the expense reports of the CEO, HR director, and the HR director's tag-along crony. You job hop with a useful idiot underling because they are signing off on all of your theft and malfeasance.
The NFL just essentially fired a $3.6 million yr executive this morning for this. He also had cronies signing off on his fraudulent expense reports: NFLPA chief officer JC Tretter to resign amid union overhaul https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/45783779/nflpa-chief-officer-jc-tretter-resigns-amid-union-overhaul |
Yeah... that... or... they're both just shameless pushy whores preying on easy mark beta male dweebs in tech/finance. |
He was quickly fired because there are probably a deluge of other women about to come forward, he was probably banging her before he hired her, if he handed her the role over more qualified applicants that's a big no-no, then he let her hire her crony, and lastly, the pricey concert suite and probably a mile long list of other lavish trips and events were likely on the company's dime. Swiping a company card to carry on a fling with an underling is a big no-no -- could be considered felony criminal embezzlement. In sum, he displays zero ethics and should never be trusted to lead any company. And come to find out this wasn't his first time doing this? This sleazebag is a total disgrace and deserves this modern tar and feathering. |
Yep. If they didn't flinch, would have been a nothingburger. |
Yeah...really good in any position. |
I totally disagree. It wouldn't have been hyper-viral or happen so quickly but they still would have been identified and married billionaire CEO and his married HR director having a shameless affair in a suite and on a kiss cam at a Coldplay stadium concert is still viral bait for tabloids. There were 60,000 people at that concert in Boston. Someone at that concert, a disgruntled colleague, an industry enemy, or random friend of the spouses would have recognized them and exposed them. |
