Most adults had no clue what a conservatorship was prior to Britney Spears and this was prior to that whole situation. He also just turned 18. A lot of 18 years old sign things without fully understanding them. He also signed it under the advise of his “family.” They even encouraged his bio mother that this was the best for him when it wasn’t necessary. They could have done a legal adoption.

In what way did they not care about him? They welcomed him into their home. Fed him, got him on the right track, made him NCAA eligible, bought him a truck, set him up with health insurance, cleared the path so he could make the most of his gifts. What monsters.

He was also investigated for other NCAA recruiting violations. They are all self serving frauds. None of what they did was for Michael. It was for themselves.

That 35 mill was his salary for his hard work and he didn’t need the Tuohys to get that.

So, this makes it okay for the Touhy's to have used him? Michael was a young adult when this all happened. The Touhy's were grown ass adults who knew perfectly well what they were doing. If they wanted to sincerely help Michael, they could have done all of this without seeking any attention or fame from this. All this shows is how shameful this famewhore family is.

This was exactly their motivation. At first. Then they used him to get something money can’t buy - fame, adoration, notoriety.

I think the main outcome he’s seeking from this filing is (1) full accounting of what transpired from a money and business perspective of the conservatorship as the Tuohys have broken the law regarding annual filings with the court and (2) an injunction against the family to refrain from profiting on his name, image, and likeness.

I think he will get both.

Nothing mutually beneficial in the conservatorship. There was an extreme advantage to the Tuohys and they were terrible conservators. They didn’t even do their basic annual filing of finances. Even the Spears family had the sense to do the money filing.

So, this makes it okay for the Touhy's to have used him? Michael was a young adult when this all happened. The Touhy's were grown ass adults who knew perfectly well what they were doing. If they wanted to sincerely help Michael, they could have done all of this without seeking any attention or fame from this. All this shows is how shameful this famewhore family is.

Yes it was ok to use him. He was using them as well. The world works best when everyone uses everyone.
