And the Tuohys haven't touched his salary or interfered in his professional career whatsoever. You're so blinded by rage you can't see the obvious facts. |
So, this makes it okay for the Touhy's to have used him? Michael was a young adult when this all happened. The Touhy's were grown ass adults who knew perfectly well what they were doing. If they wanted to sincerely help Michael, they could have done all of this without seeking any attention or fame from this. All this shows is how shameful this famewhore family is. Want more proof? And then what? He played for the RAVENS not the Browns for gods sake. His career turned out well. How are you so incredible sure everything could have been better for him without them? |
Where was race mentioned, crazy person. You seem unwell. I don’t see the Tuohy spin team explaining this at all. They’re just bashing him as being money grubbing and “shoulda just left this alone” which works for the tuohys but not Michael. The Tuohys have said they would end it since Michael went to the press. So I guess they don’t know how it works either. |
I don't think they were necessarily after his money - they were after getting him to go to old Miss. They're jerks, I just don't know that he's going to recover anything from this lawsuit. |
All the criticism with the derogatory “white savior” mentions. You seem immature. You jump to a lot of conclusions and don’t seem to have much understanding of how the works works. Several posters have explained this multiple times. You’re filled with drama. |
Fool. I’m not the only poster here and am not the only white savior poster. That also isn’t racism. It’s a fact. |
Not sure why people are defending the Tuohys when legal experts say there doesn’t appear to be a reason for it.

This was exactly their motivation. At first. Then they used him to get something money can’t buy - fame, adoration, notoriety. I think the main outcome he’s seeking from this filing is (1) full accounting of what transpired from a money and business perspective of the conservatorship as the Tuohys have broken the law regarding annual filings with the court and (2) an injunction against the family to refrain from profiting on his name, image, and likeness. I think he will get both. |
Everyone “defending” them here has said they might be jerks AND it was a mutually beneficial relationship. That’s just too much nuance for an Internet forum apparently. |
Yes it was ok to use him. He was using them as well. The world works best when everyone uses everyone. |
I read what you linked. Lawyer is saying that something that was never used was never needed. |
Nothing mutually beneficial in the conservatorship. There was an extreme advantage to the Tuohys and they were terrible conservators. They didn’t even do their basic annual filing of finances. Even the Spears family had the sense to do the money filing. |
Then that proves the Tuohy's are garbage people, and that you have horrible taste in defending them. |
