Are the videos good. Is 21fix HIIt? I’d it like fitness blender.

I did the workouts before they were an MLM. I'm ethically opposed to MLMs so I can't recommend the company anymore.

My colleague is doing it now and has lost 11 pounds already

They are fantastic. You don’t need a “coach”. You don’t need Shakeology, although it is a really good meal replacement. You do need to follow the diet (easy) and get your ass off the couch and press play. The best, in my opinion - Insanity and P90X.

/trainer. But NOT Beachbody coach. I recommend the workouts to my clients.

The workouts are amazing. You can stream beachbody on demand for like $130 a year. No coach no shakes no MLM garbage.

Which workouts are best?

My husband recently subscribed to access the old P90X catalogue. I took a look just this week and was surprised by how much content there was. I did an Insanity plyo workout yesterday and a T25 body sculpting today. Both were very good and very intense. There look to be things at all levels, and I'm actually super excited to try them.

I work out most days. In the past I have used Jillian Michaels, Fitness Blender, Popsugar Fitness, etc.

Thanks. so is pylo like HIIT?

I subscribe to the Beachbody On Demand streaming service. Never purchased anything additional. I was assigned a "coach" but have never contacted them or been contacted.

I love it. I love the variety and that I have access to different workouts whenever I want them. If you can find a class style or instructor you like, you'll be set. I really like the 80 Day Obsession, Transform 20, and different versions of Insanity, but there's a decent variety of classes.

Pretty close.

DO people like the 80 day fix or the 21 fix better? I'm going to do the 14 day trial so want to do the one that is effective, and will be easier to stick to. I plan to then buy the year if I like it. I'll be honest, the male instructors intimidate me a bit, so i'm going to start with Autum. Let me know what you suggest.

Depends on your fitness level and what equipment you like to use. I liked 21 day fix to ease back into working out - good variety of workouts and can easily modify the intensity. The only equipment needed is some free weights or bands (can use either). I think the 80 day program had a bunch of other equipment required.

I didn’t follow the meal plan or buy any shakes, etc - I just followed the workouts through streaming on demand. I found it effective.
