You could do a variation of this with beef, and eat it with rice, it’s also very good.

Another dish that I like is to Stir fry them with onions, and add garlic and lemon at the end.

Or wash, leave to dry completely and freeze.

Saute Garlic. Throw in green beens. Sprinkle with soy sauce.

Green bean casserole

Green beans with turkey wing onions and garlic salt pepper and little vinegar

Szcheuan green beans. Saute in sesame oil with garlic, add some chili oil or red pepper flakes (or Szechuan chilies) and soy sauce. Serve over rice. If you want to add chicken. You can thinly slice the chicken and boil it for about two minutes in chicken broth, drain and then quickly add into the green beans and sauce. Its bizarre but really works for Chinese style food. I was trying to copy the PF Chang chicken that my preschooler likes with a little less spice. They boil the chicken first in chicken broth.

Stir fry with tofu and sliced carrots. Make a sauce with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.

Give some away. There are a few people at my law firm who seem to have farms or trees that grow things. They'll come in with a huge bag full of plums, lemons, apples, etc.
