Best party favor/goody bag your 5/6 year old ever received?

Godmother here and I’m taking care of my Godson’s birthday party favors for his guests. I’m not overly concerned about cost.

Thank you for any suggestions (except “skip the favors” because that isn’t going to happen).

What’s the party theme?

Cars 3 themed party. My kids got a Cars car (the real Mattel dyecast) tied to a helium balloon. The balloons tied to the cars made great decorations until the end of the party too.

Temporary tattoos are cool, sports and pirate (Halloween) stickers are good, candy is always a hit. Yo-yos went over well.

I like to give things that people actually can USE vs just plastic junk that immediately gets trashed.

For my son, the last party we gave cups that were Star Wars themed, a Snack Size Cheese It pack and a Couple pieces of candy. For my daughter, we gave something similar, a cup with a lemonade inside, few pieces of candy and some hair ties. Everything was recyclable and usable..(well, with the exception of the Cheese It and Candy wrappers....).

I can't tell you how many parents came up to me and thanked me!!

Depending on the theme, the little LEGO kits are always a hit. That said, boys that age love cars so that and a balloon is a good gift.
