On Saturday, 6 teams traveled from North Carolina to play VDA but no referees showed up for any of the matches. VDA forgot to book refs.
Totally unsat! It’s not the players fault. Not the parents fault. Not the visiting teams fault. Not the ECNL’s fault. Please VDA, get your sh%t together! |
|
The ECNL is responsible for booking referees.
They got to play Friendlies! All was not lost. It was no big deal. |
The club does not book the referees. There is an assignor that handles the referees for Northern Virginia. Have a great evening. You seem like a really good person. Hopefully your kids don’t talk to you. |
You would never see this happen with the DA. ECNL sucks! |
They must have thought this weekend was the “long awaited” FCV friendlies. |
It’s interesting how invested fcv the st James parents are in everyone else. #cuddles |
Who does the assignor work for? Doesn't someone have to tell the assignor to assign? |
Were there any games with referees or just several that were short? There’s a bit of a referee shortage in this area given how many games occur and how the parents treat the referees |
The assignor has the schedule. Move on buddy. |
| Can someone post the scores of the "friendlies"? Are they going to replay these games? |
Vda 07, 06, 05 won. 04, 03, 01 lost. |
That is nice but they will all likely go down officially as 0:3 losses. |
