Jen's "tell all" is going to have some sort of angle that she and her publishers think is "new".I don't know what that will be. But in the publishing world, there is sooo much marketing before the writing. So it will be clear at the book's release, that there is some sort of hook, that they believe will get the reader to buy it. Something fresh. I personally don't think there is going to be anything fresh, but something is going to be drummed up to get women to buy it.

I'm torn between wondering what could Brandon have possibly done that was so awful and then thinking that by the time the truth comes out, it's likely going to be very anticlimactic.

It’s already out. He admitted to cheating and some substance abuse. Done. Nothing else. And it was years ago.

I’m curiousity by Jen as she suffered abuse in her marriage, no not physical i don’t think but emotional, neglect and spiritual betrayals and I’m not trying to say thy her ex was a horrible guy but trauma doesn’t just disappear after a couple years and it’s a good thing she’s going to lay out all the details of the cruel things he did to her and no he wasn’t the devil but he was emotionally immature stunted and jealous and that caused him to love bomb on one hand while cutting her off at the knees with the other so yeah the details deserve to come out, the quiet moments the loud moments the distance the sex and the lies and I hope she doesn’t hold back.

Havent read any of her books but I heard there is a lot of details in them and she released a lot about her cookbook on socials so i assume she’ll do the same with this book because we shouldn’t have to pay to know what happened if she’s gonna put it out there anyway like Matthew Perry’s book.

Dae feel like Tyler is too boring because Jen would be doing so much adventures all around Texas and the country and the world possibly if she had a partner more willing to be video and photograph without worrying about
His own brand that’s boring af anyway like why not follow Christine from sister wives and date a regular person who’s at least willing fo play around so you can put out some semi interesting content again.

Years ago, when a Jen fan, I checked out Momastery and while I liked Glennon's writing and really liked a couple of her posts, she had a crazy-eyed look that made me think she was a little cuckoo. And...here we are. She is actually mentally ill. Her sister is a brat and Abby is trying to make the relationship work with all her Olympian strength but wow, it's a struggle.
I can't even bring myself to hate-listen to her podcast.

It's getting more and more painful to listen to their podcast. Last week with Liz Gilbert was almost unbearable. Your short summary really hits the nail on the head with these 3. And brace yourselves, now that Glennon "writes from love" and figured out what "forgiveness" is (of course, none of the rest of us peasants could ever truly understand or experience forgiveness without Glennon's "definition"), she's considering writing another book.

Actually, I don't think the details need to come out. This voyeuristic fixation on celebrities and knowing the details of their lives is sick. What really needs to happen is that Jen needs to exit public life and just become an ordinary person living a life unknown to everyone who doesn't personally know her.

💯 and the path to healing doesn’t include a trip down rehashing a 25 yr marriage once he’s confessed to his infidelity and remarried. It’s so selfish and disgusting to feel like it’s your next content, esp when real ppl (children AND family) are affected. No one asked or consented to that. What is selfish about sharing your own story? What Brandon did was much more selfish and had a greater impact on their children than any book Jen may write. Brandon, of all people, had to have known that Jen would write a book about this. If there’s one constant in her life, it’s writing. I don’t even think it’ll be a “tell all.” I think she’ll remain vague, but even if she gives details—it’s her story to tell.

omg every time Glennon seems to think she has some new thing to say, it's just so aggravating. I thought she had something new to say with @love warrior" but then, that was a complete farce, as a reader above mentioned. Then, with "Untamed" she was supposed to be all free and reborn, and admitted that she's been anorexic the entire time. It's sad that she was suffering , but she made MILLIONS pretending she was more evolved than everyone else. I don't wish any unhappiness or illness on anyone, butI do expect transparency--instead we get influencers like Glennon and Jen who act as if they are superior, having lt all figured out.

Why do people need to know? Why do we need a book about it? So we can all gape in fascination at the details of Jen's life and marriage falling apart? Like I said, she needs to disappear from public life and become an ordinary person. She can share her story with people who actually know her. We don't need to know.
