Yes people make mistakes but what Ashley did is not a simple mistake or in her case mistakes. They were very clear foreseeable consequences for throwing a party during a pandemic in violation of the stay at home orders and of course the mommy Boot Camp and the kids camp. The people who attended the party are equally as stupid as the hostess herself. Whether She had symptoms and decided to throw the party anyway is almost beside the point. She broke the law and she infected many many people truly shame on her shame on all of you who are treating this lightly.

Yep, like that incorrect possessive apostrophe. Mom’s what??

Now sweet ladies, don't shed too many tears for Ashley. She's obviously feeling pretty good as she's on a very long series of Instagram stories for their business:

Is it an Instagram filter or she fixed all her wrinkles and got a tan?

Apostrophe = here comes an 's'

Guess no one knows the answer and you’re all just basing that after someone made it up on this thread and you all took it as a fact.

The party was June 18th. June 19th, people were able to gather in groups of 50?

That's a filter.

They didn't have to go. Don't people have any responsibility for themselves? Everyone there knew we are in the middle of a pandemic!

And then Ashley can raise an assumption of risk defense, of course. Then they can fight it out, and I'm not particularly sure Ashley wins in this case. But I'm not going to give you a 1L course in torts. Go learn.

So why the need to flout the rules? Have the party later. Do people not understand how the rule of law works????? Also 10 people or 50 people social distancing still required didn’t happen at all at this party. Wake up

THIS is truly offensive.
Her Instagram "apology" really showed she had no understanding of the gravity of her actions and made it seem like all she was a celeb'who'd been caught by paparazzi kissing not-her-husband.
Someone whose illegal actions are responsible for a good chunk of DC's current transmission rate and could have killed a beloved artistic director and many more shouldn't be on Instagram advertising her little lemonade stand/ kid-made beads jewelry business weeks later. That lady needs to go under the radar and be quiet and ashamed.

I just love when Ashley says she never takes her mask/mask holder off on the Instagram story. Is that because it's made of bespoke hand curated beads? Maybe she's learned her lesson...

Are they really selling it for $65? You can buy the similar ones on Etsy for $7. Smart businesswoman?
