How do you know he was fine at 10:40 AM?

He called his bondsman on the telephone

The bondsman said he was out of breath. I don’t think he’s fine.

Just read this article:

“Dulos was initially considered dead after police and medics administered CPR for 30 minutes before a faint pulse was detected. He was taken to the UConn Health center before being flown in critical condition to Jacobi Medical Center.”

Yes, and it was announced to media outlets that he was dead-former CT resident here who still follows news there (family there). Then he was NOT dead two hours later, crazy!

When will they know if he’s brain dead or in a chronic vegetative state?

No pulse for 30 minutes? Wouldn’t you be brain dead after 10?

Depends on how long he stopped breathing before first responders could administer CPR.

Are you saying he unhooked himself from his suicide set up to answer the phone from his bondsman? Sorry I’m a bit out of breath because you called while I was breathing some carbon monoxide in my car?

I'm wondering hat happens to the bond if the defendant commits suicide? The state gets to keep it? Or is it returned to the next-of-kin?

Likely returned to the estate.

...

I watch a lot of crime tv. There isn't a 'set up' usual for the garage suicide by CM scenario.

He hooked a hose to his car exhaust pipe, turned the car on, rolled all the windows up, and put the end of the hose through the top of the driver's side window. Stuffed a shirt or something in the rest of the opening.

It would take a few minutes for the car to fill up with enough of the poisonous air to render him unconscious. Giving him more than enough time to call his bonds man during the process.

I’m the PP you’re responding to. He wouldn’t have to get out of his car to answer his phone. I don’t understand what you mean by “unhook.” If the bondsman called, and he answered while in the car, it is absolutely possible he was feeling the effects of the carbon monoxide, but not unconscious. You can see from my next post that he was indeed not fine. No one who is fine needs 30 minutes of CPR to find a pulse.

His mother was killed when the nanny ran her over at the home. Neither he or Jennifer were home at the time. That is one cursed house.
