She thought he was sleeping with someone else in her voicemails! She didn’t hit him on purpose. There’s no way. She’s guilty of maybe manslaughter at most and they have not established it.

Yep. This is the scenario that makes the most sense. There is no evidence that Mr. O’Keefe was hit by a car since his injuries didn’t comport with being struck.

Ridiculous.

Defendant's own ARCCA witness testified his injuries were consistent with being knocked down by a vehicle and sustaining fatal head injury.

Medical examiner testified his injuries were both inconsistent AND CONSISTENT with a pedestrian strike by motor vehicle - i.e., some such incidents result in anomalies re: injury pattern. She also testified, as did the treating ER physician, that he exhibited no signs of being in an altercation i.e. FIGHT.

Both ARCCA individuals testified that they did not believe his injuries were consistent with being hit by a car.

The arm injuries, how were they made, through the hoodie? Are they sure they were from that night?

I think that poster is very serious about their extremely strong feelings about this trial, and they feel especially strongly that they know who did it and how it happened. And they very much want to see a particular outcome to this trial. They appear to have very intense and personal feelings about this trial.

You are either very late to the game, or you've not paid attention, or you are being disingenuous.

They were fighting ALL DAY LONG on the day before the early morning hours when she killed him. The moments briefly caught on video in the bars are John O'Keefe being polite and not trying to stir things up while they are out with friends. He had been trying to break it off with her for weeks, he had specifically asked her to leave his home and SHE HAD REFUSED TO LEAVE AND REFUSED TO BE BROKEN UP WITH. Surely you have enough life experience to grasp that such behavior from a 40-something woman is evidence of disordered thinking/personality? Karen flipped out Aruba after JOK left her with HIS kids for hours on end on NYE and he got hammered with a 26 year old. I would hope any 40 year old woman would be PO'd as well. I re-read the texts from earlier in the day John died. John asked Karen to come over. He was a crummy BF to be honest.

It took them 12 minutes to walk across the road from one bar to the other - more fighting. Source?

They sat in front of the house at 34 Fairview for several minutes after arrival, and the vehicle moved three times away from its first position close to the front door - MORE FIGHTING. Reasonable to assume they were discussing if they both go in, or if he sticks his head in and then he texts/calls to tell her to park and come in. She was having stomach issues

She started to pull away from the address in attempt to essentially kidnap him away from this afterparty and he demanded she let him out and he started walking back toward the address and that is when she backed into him and caused the injuries that ultimately caused his death. SHE INTENDED TO BACK INTO HIM. The data on her Lexus is clear that the reversing was an intended act of the driver of the vehicle. The data the CW can't get straight, oh, ok!

He was breaking up with her, and she killed him for it. If the genders were swapped in this incident, nobody would defend the domestic abuser boyfriend Kurt Read for running down and killing his girlfriend Josie O'Keefe. He'd have been sitting in an MCI facility for the last couple of years already.

I was looking at the hoodie pic and could not tell bc it's so damaged generally. It would have torn the fabric.

Wrong, go back and watch Rentschler on cross examination by the Commonwealth.

You’re getting your information from the FKR propaganda machine. They ignore anything that doesn’t suit their fantastical narrative and have actually asserted that ARCCA proved it absolutely could not be a vehicle strike and yet there is Rentschler, testifying on cross that his injuries could have been obtained by being knocked down by the vehicle.

I’m a 54 year old attorney who has been both a defender and a prosecutor.

I’m outraged and sickened by what has been done in this case by media manipulation both by the defense team and by numerous monetizers on social media and how they have all victimized the victims family and friends and the innocent witnesses whose only ‘crime’ was inviting a friend to a party, or offering to help a friend find a missing friend, or being a first responder or investigator at the scene. Also the prosecutors office and judge have been vilified and falsely accused of corruption.

This case is a canary in the coal mine for what social media true crime obsessives can do to disrupt our justice system.

Also after decades of experience with disordered personalities in professional and personal settings, I can see very clearly what a malignant narcissist the defendant is and would absolutely like to see her held accountable for her crimes by a jury of her fellow citizens.

Okay FKR cultist.

No, she was not having stomach issues - she spent several minutes at The Waterfall trying to convince Chris Albert and the others to go open up his pizza and sub shop so they could all make food to consume. It was in the testimony, which you apparently haven’t listened to because why bother when you can just swallow the FKR propaganda.
