I use my husband as my AP. There are some nights when all I want is sex and no conversation and he provides that.

Working on that. Kids involved. Spouse could have been working on our relationship but refused and refused sex for years now so this happened and now we’re workinf on delicately breaking up the marriage without too much damage to the kids.

It did used to be fun. It totally died over two years ago.

When I had an AP, time was short and involved sneaking out for whatever hours we could carve out. This isn't long walks on the beach or going out to dinner where we could have been spotted. It was getting a hotel room and camping out there for usually about 4-5 hours, sometimes less, a rare few times overnight. The focus was definitely on the sex while the relationship took place in texts and emails.
