Who's going to watch The Hills reboot

I'm excited. Fully know it will be awful. So random that Mischa Barton is joining but I love it.

I've been scanning through the Hills marathon this weekend - I loved the scenes with Whitney Port and Lauren. The show could have been about that and their internships and getting jobs in the fashion industry. It didn't even make sense that Lauren would be best friends with Heidi - they had nothing in common. Show would have been so much better without Heidi and Spencer.

I will be watching. It'll be interesting watching them all grown up. However, it won't be the same without Lauren. My favorites were always Lauren and Whitney. The Hills was never the same when Kristen took over.

Never liked Spencer and Heidi. I still can't believe she did all that stuff to her face when she didn't need it.

Heidi and Lauren met at something related to the fashion school
(orientation maybe)Laurenn attends in the show so they moved in together. It was supposed to be about them living in LA and producers were excited to cast Heidi and saw a lot of potential. Heidi went to the school but quit so they had that in common.

She brought in some juicy drama.
Plus she is the most interesting to look at.

Good Girl LC would also be nice to see again.

However both are married w/babies now so the dynamic could never be the same.

I'm meh on it. I think it's going to be boring and lacking in drama since they are all so interested in protecting their reputations now.

Spencer and Heidi especially are going to be looking for "redemptions" after coming off so horrible for so many years.

I hate Spencer, hate Heidi and hate Spencer and Heidi. I am mildly interested to see if Stephanie Pratt has matured. Disagree that Spencer will look for redemption - he thinks he's great, and has always been great.

I loved Whitney and Lauren together. I watched Whitney's Youtube channel and can't believe I never noticed before it, that Whitney is VERY simple. She's sweet, but almost as simple as Britney Spears.

I have seen teasers that they've brought Justin Bobby back, and he and Audrina flirt. I know he's a hairdresser, but he seems like a waste of space in the world.

Audrina seemed dumb as a rock, but she was so sweet and cool. She could have done so much better. I never got the appeal of Justin either. He wasn't even all that good looking. All the guys featured on that show were awful so far below any of the girls. It's sad how they all settled.

Yes, Whitney came off as much more sophisticated and smart on the original show. As she has grown up, I've been surprised to see there is not much there! But she's parlayed her fame into something decent at least. Seems to be doing okay on instagram etc.

She had a fashion line, Whitney Eve, but I'm not sure if it's still around. I think yes, she has a youtube channel and maybe a podcast. So basically an influencer whatever that is LOL.

Where did Spencer and Stephanie’s money come from? What was the family business?

I’m curious if the family beef is real. All of the cast has admitted that all of the original shows were fake because it was so scripted, whereas other reality stars still pretend everything is real. But those two seem to have continued their drama for the last 9 years. Maybe they really don’t get along.

2. They women look ridiculous when they are heavily made up and at home.

3. Whitney has the same stupid inflection (valley girl)

4. I hate the camera shots -and music - like the stupid bath with Heidi and Spencer walking into meet Brody and Frankie.

5. Has Mischa Barton always had such a deep voice? She seems pretty genuine though.

6. They women all have a similar pink lipstick color. Not attractive- in the non-interview scenes

I did. My thoughts to your points above:

1. I had to rewind when I saw that. At first I thought he was asleep in their bed. And the crib looked really large?
2. Totally agree.
3. Agree. And her face was frozen.
4. Agree. Did you see the After Show with her silly fake accent that she started off with and then it faded away? And when she was in the car talking to Frankie she said she doesn’t put on an accent at home because Spencer will make fun of her. Then her next sentence she says LIT+tralley in a fake accent.
5. Yes. Mischa is a train wreck. She must really have run out of money to agree to do this.
6. Audrina was putting on a Fenty lipgloss before the party. I didn’t notice the similar color on the others, just the shape of the gloss in that bathroom scene.
