As long as you don't act on it, it's fine to fantasize, OP. Everyone has thoughts, and targets of such thoughts can be much older, younger, whichever gender, etc. Some teens can look mature beyond their years, too.

The quickest way to move on is to accept your feelings.

As long as she is not a minor, which she obviously isn't, and as long as she does not look like a child (small or no breasts, smallish hips, childlike appearance) it's fine to have a crush on her, it's probably even fine to act on it.
