Sadly, it's not the Cheeto who is the potential fugitive. |
😃 Fact: the first defendant to surrender in the Georgia case is an actual bail bondsman. https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/4164109-georgia-bail-bondsman-first-to-surrender-in-2020-election-case/amp/ |
Clark and Meadows have both claimed that they can’t make it there by Friday having received two weeks notice. |
Why are they doing this? They know they can't win. |
I don't get it. Is it too short notice to get a good deal on a plane ticket? /s Any regular schmuck would have to show up even if they had to Greyhound it with a stranger drooling on their shoulder. These guys are so entitled and I hope the judge is PISSED |
And Ms. Willis told them what will happen. |
Not saying it’s not his account or not real. Saying he didn’t draft it. If anything, I’d guess his lawyers advised him not to post anything so he doesn’t break the terms of any of his indictments. Personally, I think he probably has early stage dementia. |
I missed it. What will happen? |
Too frickin bad. Send uniformed officers to haul their sorry asses in. |
Weasels. Puss-boys. |

He claims that what he did was one of his official duties within the Dept of Justice. So, he is trying to move his case to federal court. Since his appeal to move the trial to federal court is still pending and will not a response before Friday's noon deadline, he is asking for a deferral until that request is addressed. His point is that should he get his case moved to federal court, he would not be arrested in Georgia and he would not need to travel to Atlanta. |
Woah. Ok. Then seems like these two should wake up and smell the coffee. I’m not a criminal lawyer, but common sense tells me that they are under Fulton county jurisdiction right now, regardless of what might happen in a future ruling, right? Hubris. |
