I have coached in MD publics for years. We scheduled teams like Loyola, Gilman and GC. Did we win? No. Did we get blown out? Aside from GC, sure. Did our team learn anything? No. So anytime I hear this stuff about "playing at a higher level", I laugh. Your team learns nothing from getting boat raced by a team that has the ability to recruit players and then turns around and tries to "scholarship" your best players. I will give Riverside credit for what they are doing. I have seen them play. They are very good. Not sure how they will fare, but best of luck.
