Nothing to see here...

JFC, can you imagine if this was Biden or Hillary?

It’s bullshit. He can’t get a good lawyer because he is a terrible client who won’t STFU or stop committing crimes

Exactly. And more to the point, he keeps dragging his lawyers into his crimes. No big law firm (or small one) wants to deal with a client trying to use them to commit crimes.

+1 Does “Nothing to see here” PP want to force businesses to represent a defendant? That’s… not how this works.

and if it was a D or some other politician, they'd have lawyers lining up at their door. To be a part of history. To try to defend their client.

Trump has proven he cannot be trusted, does not listen to their advice, tries to force them to commit crimes themselves to defend him, THEN he stiffs them - refuses to pay! why would anyone want a part of that sh!tshow?

I hope whoever is representing him gets their $$ in advance.

I do! Also the whole Trump aesthetic is so weird - of course it merits discussion. For evidence, I welcome you to visit the 9000 page Trump fashion thread in the beauty and fashion forum.

“It’s overwhelming,” she says. “It’s an example of what not to do.”

Mimes committing a felony, implies lawyer oughta make it happen.*

*see, if you’re one of the people who hasn’t read the indictment, you won’t know what a maroon Trump is and reason number eighty blajillion why he can’t get a lawyer.

Those awesome threads are about the female Trumps. In case anyone was confused. And they're truly awesome.

According to the paper, the team is split on whether their defense is to declare this a political witch hunt, or to focus on getting one MAGA juror.

He can always use the federal public defender's office.

There aren't too many public defenders who can be read in on the classified information, so no, not really.

Federal public defenders are fed employees and most likely have someone cleared to defend terrorism suspects. Now if Trump fires the public defender and has to rely on the court appointed private bar, well.....

A number of the incompetent lawyers on his team are barred in SDFL, including the insurance lawyer Lindsey Halligan. Not sure how this story even got going.

Even the most incompetent lawyer is aware that incompetence does not fly in the federal court room. It's one thing to post crap legal arguments on social media but quite another when you're in front of a federal judge on a motion to show cause for contempt or sanctions. Even Rudy was careful not to go that far.

Well they did it for that stupid motion for a special master. And got away with it for a couple months until Cannon got slapped down. And now they drew Cannon again. I don't think they really need to worry about sanctions from Cannon.

If Cannon was locked down they wouldn't be looking for serious lawyers, it would be the entire MAGA bar filing an appearance. Cannon is going to chill with a lifetime appointment regardless of what happens to Trump.

If it were a copy machine, it would have been in the indictment. I swear, Twitter folks are so clueless.
