Lori Loughlin's DAUGHTER is under criminal investigation in college admissions scandal

“Multiple sources tell DailyMail.com that one of the actress’ daughters received a target letter from federal prosecutors in Massachusetts earlier this month regarding the Operation Varsity Blues investigation.

'It is a not-so-veiled threat,' said one source who has seen the letter.

'[The US Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts] is making it pretty clear that they have evidence that very strongly suggests she knew of the illegal plot.'

The sources DailyMail.com spoke with only knew about one of the daughters getting a letter, the tone of which was described as 'ominous.' “

I’m sure that she’ll please ‘stupidity’ which could be believed.

They're going to use her against her mother.

If she was in on the scam and over 18, then, yes, she should be held accountable.

I wonder if more of these kids are redshirted--part of their parents' strategy for getting an edge over the competition--and therefore are more likely to be at least 18 when the schemes were being plotted.

Whoa, talk about a plan to give your kid an unfair edge backfiring big time.

Instead of setting this kid up for a lifetime of wealth and connections on the party yacht of fun, she could become a convicted criminal.

And for what?

What's weird is that if it was only about a life of fun why did she want her daughters to go to college? They could have followed the Kardashian/Hilton/Richie path which doesn't really even require high school (weren't some of the Jenner's "home schooled"). And if it was only about college for fun then why not just go to ASU?

I don’t know why LL didn’t anticipate this when she refused a plea deal.

I don't know. Beats the heck out of me. Loughlin supposedly wanted her kids to go to college even though it wasn't necessarily something that OJ cared about doing. The whole thing is so stupid and senseless. I really have a very hard time understanding what the point of this all was. OJ was clearly not an academically oriented kid, she already had a start in the fashion industry with her Youtube channel and her Sephora color palette. Why did she need a "degree" (and I use that term very loosely). No way was OJ going to put in the effort to earn a degree. I guess her parents were going to "break the rules" and get her one anyway? It all just seems ultra stupid and pointless to me. The kid was ALREADY connected!

Hey Folks: They can sell the TV rights to the reality show now

Seriously LL is playing this all wrong --- Federal conviction rate is 98%. She will spend millions in a defense and still go to jail..

I mean, duh? Didn't hers pose for pictures that could be photo shopped into rowing pictures?

This is definitely a strategy to make LL & MG rollover and take a plea deal to save their kid.

I just read that she refused the plea deal in the hopes that ‘justice will prevail’. Looks like it is prevailing all over the family

Look at her videos. So clueless! there is no way she knew what was going on. Defence will be easy

Stupidity is not a defense, is it? She almost had to have known that her getting into USC was a complete crock.

Ms. Giannulli was born in September 1999. When she graduated from high school in June 2018, she was 18 years old. When she was applying to schools in the fall 2017/winter 2018, she was 18 years old. She knew what was going on and was a legal adult when she knew.
