Just hang around and watch - it's truly strange. Stealing thunder whenever she can.

If they didn’t want them stepping on their press cycle then they should have worked to keep them working royals. Meghan is self-interested but by all accounts she doesn’t like them and they aren’t professionally linked anymore so I don’t really get why anyone would expect her to care about stealing their thunder one way or another.

The problem with the “stealing thunder” allegations is that Harry and Meghan genuinely have a lot on their plates. They’re involved in multiple projects abd there’s always something happening.

This year, Will and Kate’s anniversary coincided with Global Citizen publicizing their involvement in the LiveVax concert.

Are Will and Kate seriously angry about that? Do they think it was about them? If so, that’s incredibly self centered. It would be weird to hold off announcing events that they host as part of their foundation too. The only solution would be for Harry and Meghan to quit their jobs and do nothing.

+1

How self-centered do you and your fans have to be to expect every person in the world to plan their lives around you and your calendar?

Not just people, but pandemics too! Covid is stealing their thunder

Uh - you do know they announced her pregnancy at Eugenie's wedding reception? In polite society that just isn't done.
oh the horror

That’s not a legit source.

Harry is out because he left.

He is still a family member. Of course he will be invited to family events. He’s just not a working Royal...his choice.

He will be at his mother’s statue unveiling in June. If he doesn’t show, then he’s more broken than I thought.
or he is being blocked

The projection. Can they even see it?

Got it. ONE time she said she left the BRF in part because of security concerns.

Let’s crucify her. This definitely justifies breaking into her property (which happened multiple times by crazed stalkers.) No, better yet let’s stab her pregnant belly because she’s definitely faking the pregnancy (there are credible threats of stalkers planning this.) OR maybe let’s send white supremacists to kill her husband (there are already several in prison for planning attacks against Harry.) But let’s not forget SHE is the evil demon in this scenario. SHE is the crazy one for being concerned about security and speaking out ONE time.

Are you ok? Maybe step away Meghan from dcum for a bit.

The people who seriously think Meghan is posting on here are seriously unhinged. Lol.

That was a joke, pp. Of course, she would get others to post for her! DUH

Omg. you truly are nuts! Hahaha.

My bet is that he won’t go and he’ll use the excuse that he needs to stay home with his newborn.

Because she thinks it is his "birthright".

Nah, that's the right way to do it. Harry thinks he's too cool for school. But even as a prince, the rules apply to him.

Well, most people who publicly criticize their family for being so awful that their spouse became suicidal wouldn’t want to join future family events. Which leads me to believe, the BRF weren’t so awful to Harry and Meghan. If they were that bad, wouldn’t they give up their titles and refuse to attend engagements with them?

I wouldn’t blame Charles one bit for blocking them at future events. Isn’t that what happened to Edward and Wallis? I bet if Harry were to return without Meghan, he’d be welcomed with open arms.

After the queen’s reign ends, Charles will be held to account for his behavior. The monarchy will be his to lose and it’s not a guarantee. It’s pretty much a given that the commonwealth will go, but there will be much debate in England as well. Charles with his messy divorce from Diana and similarly messy handling of Harry’s departure will be lucky to make it to a coronation. If anything this shows he’s particularly unsuited for the role, which naturally calls into question the wisdom of a hereditary office that is so costly to taxpayers.

Current MPs are already openly expressing a desire to end the monarchy after Elizabeth. This sentiment is only going to get stronger with time.

For Charles, keeping Harry would be an indication of unfitness. Harry has proved himself a useless prince. Charles hasn't handled Megxit messily. Harry did that himself.

Disagree.

Charles will play the Grandfather King. He will focus on popular causes like the environment and historic preservation. Will, Kate and the kids will curate a very British brand built on service.

No drama.

Harry will have a few years of success here. They’ll get a bump when their daughter arrives. But he will regret walking away within the next 10 years.

Do you have any source for this other than your own inner ramblings?

I remember other posters making similar bets on Harry missing his grandfather’s funeral. We shall see whose bets win.

Blaming your child for family rifts when you’re the one who’s going to be king is just about the best argument for ending the monarchy anyone could make. If you can’t lead, stop clinging to the crown.

Agree.

So what is required for Charles to assume the throne and be coronated after his mother passes? I thought it was automatic.

+ 1.

Honestly, if that were true, it would affirm everything Harry and Meghan claimed about the BRF's treatment of Meghan.
