I do not know why it bothers me so much that this person (I assume agent) posts constantly with !! and ?? How have people's design center experiences been going? I had a rough start with TB in terms of communication, but they have been great lately in accommodating requests and answering questions. I'm looking forward to picking out stuff. Curious how the stone upgrades are priced. |

Yes, and imagine the follow-up of the 100k to make these premiums look "reasonable," was also the agent. I think there are a few "real" people here, but those posts have gotten fewer and fewer as the agents have continued to post continued updates like this. We bought with NV Homes in Maple Lawn, the agents there at least don't give off the vibe the TB agent in this thread does, lol. |
