This is a very good list. I would add Bistro Francais and Furin's in Georgetown. Best place for a decent lunch and a normal sized sandwich. Miss them!

Amphora in Vienna. The food was mediocre and the booths and bathrooms were legit gross but dammit I love an all-day breakfast.
