Now that the talent has graduated, he needs to learn how to coach and make in game adjustments.

What's your justification that the Cadets would be a 5 goal favorite over any the DMV powers (Bullis, Landon, GZ) this Spring? SJC can't win a face-off. They don't look much better than the first week of the season.

Well Landon had to come back to beat Gilman by 1 at Home. SJC beat them by 4 @ Gilman. We will see how SJC does Friday vs Severn. Landon only beat them by 2.

SJC lost to Culver 12-9. Gonzaga lost to the 12-7. Both Lost to BL by 1.

Bullis lost to St Paul's by 1. SJC also lost to them by 1 in 2OT.

Just using common opponent.

Gonzaga and Bullis matches up with SJC than Landon. Landon is 4th in DC area.

Just Facts not banter.

Common opponent analysis isn't perfect but didn't:

SJC and GZ both play BL to a one goal loss?
SJC & Bullis both play St. Paul's to a one goal loss?
SJC & GZ both play Culver to similar spread until garbage time?

I don't know that exposed is fair, let's see how the season plays out. The murderers row out of conference schedule may lead to a WCAC banner.

It sucks for the area that Prep and Landon won't schedule SJC.

I think you are really mistaken in thinking these schools won't schedule each other., that they somehow fear one another. It is good for the area for these teams to play each other. However, as others have stated, my belief is that because of the great out of area opponents that SJC got on the schedule that they didn't want to overwhelm their team with some of the area teams. I can respect that the coaches at SJC know what they are dong and what they are working towards this spring. Who are we to argue. However, it is indeed facts that Bullis and Landon both had open dates, that mirrored open dates on SJC schedule and SJC respectively declined. I cannot speak for Prep in this regard however.

I think malvern Prep has the hardest schedule in the country.

No Heights hate here. They are scrappy and do a lot with the team they have. Will probably "cover the spread" on every game they play this year.

Who did the heights beat ?

The Heights beat OH power St. Ignacius 14-9. They are proving that #6 ranking and will solidify it against PVI.

ST Johns is not good this year. They were wise to avoid most of the stronger teams locally. Good luck repeating 2022 in the next decade lol.

There’s actually some decent commentary and informative, mature conversations about things that might be interesting and/or helpful to people looking for that. And then there’s this. No use pleading for it to stop bc you can’t be young forever but you can be forever infantile and stupid. Obligatory “not an SJC person” note here.
