Such impatience. You'd prefer immediate massive indiscriminate airstrikes to more deliberate military activity? The end is coming for Hamas, there can be no doubt. The only question is whether Israel will continue to exercise some restraint in achieving that objective. If it becomes apparent no hostages are left alive, anticipate a military campaign which is sudden, violent, comprehensive, and effective. Retaining hostages is slowing, but not stopping, the inevitable conclusion to the war Hamas provoked.
