| alot of u-little teams with the same coach, especially the low teams. I could easily see how this happens. Coach is thinking: 2 birds, 1 stone and hey, they can scrimmage so its a win win. Parent is thinking, we paid for practices for just our team not realizing that the club and coach see no difference between the 4th team and the 5th team. |

| If your coach is combining sessions for two teams, you need to tell the club. As a team manager, I can see the full practice schedule. A lot of coaches have two teams, but then when you look at the schedule one is assigned to a 5:00 start and the other starts at 6:30, so they are back-to-back but not at the same time. Especially in the U9 and U10s there are often coaches with a U9 team and a U10 team but they train at different times but on the same night and field. |

| No parent is going to tattle on their coach to the club, at least not until the season is over and they are out the door. Then, they don't really care any more. |

+100 They are going to lose good players if they don’t announce soon. Uncertainty leads to people looking around. No one wants to left behind if a team falls apart because of a question mark with coaching. |

Do the coaches always move up with their team or do they stay in the same age group? Do the coaches get to choose their assignment? Assuming its the better coaches who leave, do they then promote the lesser coaches and then try to staff the low level teams?
Do they pay the coaches more for coaching the better teams? |

I hope Valor does look at this forum. These are not FAKE by any means. Valor sucks as a club and every single person i come in contact with who asks me about this club i tell them to run for the hills. VALOR is TERRIBLE and does not care about anything but that money clearing into their account. |

Starting to think this is truly the case. Valor is not Arlington or Loudoun. No reason for so many teams except money. |

At practice last night, told kids about coaching staff for next year in their age group (lots of change). Nothing to the parents yet. |
