Some (many?) of us aren't thinking that. I hold both of them fully and equally accountable for their immoral, self-serving, very public behavior that is so incredibly hurtful to their supposed "loved ones."

+1

And both are now OUT.

I bet they start a podcast. No network will take them and they are now worth more together.

It is definitely a high for him from the flirtation, deceit, the clandestine meetings and the living on the edge excitement in his den of iniquity sordid mind. Three women that we know of, in a span of how many years? He is an addict.

Plenty of men do this. They’re bored at home and at work so they entertain themselves by chasing younger employees. Not right but common behavior.

I worked with one. It was constant. They're in a position of power and go for anyone seeking advancement. It's disgusting.

(FWIW, my colleague was taken down by #metoo, thankfully. Pig.)

“Go after.” Stop infantilizing grown ass college educated women. Many women EAGERLY “date” bosses to get ahead. I could write a book from the slutty behavior I’ve seen from pushy cutthroat interns. To them, they were just screwing drunken frat boys for nothing, why wouldn’t they screw a connected guy at work for a six-figure salary or prestige promotion. Whatever the case. It happens all the time.

if that's the case then why are superiors fired for having sex with inferiors? It's wrong, it uses their authority and many, if not most, women feel they have no choice.
You grow up. and see the real world.

Because this type of conduct ensures that less-qualified people are promoted within, and the organization itself is made weaker because the wrong person got a promotion.

It has zero to do with abuse of authority or coercion. It’s about what’s best for the company. And a less qualified subordinate sleeping their way into a position of greater responsibility ahead of a more qualified candidate harms the company.

What do women see in Holmes? I mean, seriously. He comes across as one of these somewhat feminine urban professional male types.

Give me a break, he's quite handsome and suave, wears the hell out of a suit. And a celebrity. As if good-looking celebrities ever have trouble attracting admirers.

+1. Immature and goofy state school dummy. Then again, the women he preyed on were likely all washed up state school sorority bimbos who majored in communications.

I recognize this poster from earlier. You really have issues with people going to state schools?

He has/had an arrogance to him, damn cocky, maybe some were attracted to his confidence. Doubt he will have that now, he is just a scandalous fool

He is not good looking and looks quiet old for his age.

Those crazy kids are getting boatload of money. Why is everyone so mad? They were both good at their job. Who cares who they are sleeping with.

We notice you didn't mention their kids; instead you refer to an almost 50 year old woman and a mid-40's guy as kids. These adults are acting like kids, that's for sure. It's also true that money seems more important to them than their children.

NP. That poster has probably been passed up by state school women. Hence the hang-up.
