What type of disgusting man prowls all his APs at the office. It is definitely a high for him from the flirtation, deceit, the clandestine meetings and the living on the edge excitement in his den of iniquity sordid mind. Three women that we know of, in a span of how many years? He is an addict.
Plenty of men do this. They’re bored at home and at work so they entertain themselves by chasing younger employees. Not right but common behavior.
I worked with one. It was constant. They're in a position of power and go for anyone seeking advancement. It's disgusting. (FWIW, my colleague was taken down by #metoo, thankfully. Pig.)
“Go after.” Stop infantilizing grown ass college educated women. Many women EAGERLY “date” bosses to get ahead. I could write a book from the slutty behavior I’ve seen from pushy cutthroat interns. To them, they were just screwing drunken frat boys for nothing, why wouldn’t they screw a connected guy at work for a six-figure salary or prestige promotion. Whatever the case. It happens all the time.
if that's the case then why are superiors fired for having sex with inferiors? It's wrong, it uses their authority and many, if not most, women feel they have no choice. You grow up. and see the real world.
Because this type of conduct ensures that less-qualified people are promoted within, and the organization itself is made weaker because the wrong person got a promotion. It has zero to do with abuse of authority or coercion. It’s about what’s best for the company. And a less qualified subordinate sleeping their way into a position of greater responsibility ahead of a more qualified candidate harms the company.
