The article says they had a two drink MINIMUM at lunch. They’re probably slightly buzzed all the time and get really drunk often too. He said he could easily drink up to 18 drinks a day! Holy sit, that gives me a hangover just thinking about it.
They run so that’s how they sweat it out, as well as experiencing the drinks after being a reward, post-endorphin feel good moment. And that way they haven’t gotten fat from it. Yet. |
I feel like we are watching 2 people having meltdowns in slow motion real time. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/amy-robach-tj-holmes-sex-life_n_65a00303e4b0712b12c3cac9 |
Dry January needs to be extended to a dry 2024. These people are a mess. |
You can’t “sweat out” 18 drinks a day, even if you run a marathon. |
Sooo...a relationship based on sex, alcohol, and an affair that they think needs to be shared with the world via podcasts? Worth losing jobs and breaking up families with children? Wow. |
That article was really disturbing and I’m shocked they aired that much out about their drinking. 18 drinks a day?!?!!
And she said she basically drinks all day to just have a buzz. This is alcoholism people. They need more than dry January. |
Lol. He’s probably had multiple affairs by now while married to you. |
+1 |
2 drunks with no empathy or decency. They are lucky they still stayed thin and decent looking, but it will catch up to them. They are the type who will not be able to handle when their skin, body and organs show the damage they have done. I knew someone like this and he is dead. The organ damage he did finally caught up to him. |
Agree it is probably doing a lot of damage internally. And alcoholism does not necessarily make you fat. I mean I remember getting drunk in college and then downing snacks at 2 am but I’m betting Amy subs a lot of eating for drinking. It can dull your appetite or distract you from food. |
This train wreck will not end well. And they both deserve it. |
wow--they have spiraled so low. Had they not acted on their impulses, they'd have their careers and families and now what do they have? some lame podcast and apparently a drinking problem. I love how she tried to defense the quantity they were consuming by saying it wasn't actually 18 separate drinks but 18 equivalent to the ounces or measurement of shots or alcohol they were mixing into whatever they were drinking. i mean really? gross. good riddance. hopefully they have enough in savings to get them through the remainder of life. I can see maybe she could resurrect a solo reporting career maybe on 20/20 or some show like that but he's done. |
I’m fascinated by this couple. Damn the drinking, though… |
They both seem to be terrible people. |
I hope they both saved a lot of money while they were employed. |
