If I avoid eating carbs for 3 days ...

Will that help to look less bloated for date night I want to look good. I am not gonna do extreme diating just want to look less bloated that’s all .

Yes. I might recommend doing it for 5 days though, some people feel crappy the first few days of cutting carbs so it would suck to feel I'll on your date.

You can jump-start by fasting for 24 hrs. It will be even more effective. Then follow with very low carb. If you get a headache, drink water, broth, eat more salt and/or healthy fat. I just finished my 39 hrs fast, feel good.

Yes I did low carb for 4 days last week. Tummy was way thinner. By low carb, I had 2-3 4oz servings per day.

I’m very active so I couldn’t do less than that. I saved mine for right before exercise, coaching practice, outing with kids, cleaning house. Otherwise my energy came from protein, dairy, and then veggies to slow all of it down. 2 cups of fruit per day also. Little bit of peanut butter and seeds.

Also do some light exercise to boost your metabolism. But don’t need to overdo it and make yourself too hungry.

You know it's not low carb, right? It may be the right amount of carbs for you if you are very active but it still can't be nowhere near low carb.

Please don’t wait for the headache. If you’re going to do low carb, and especially if you’re fasting, get yourself some Gatorade Zero or Lite Salt (to add to other beverages) and stay on top of hydration. You will get Keto flu if you don’t, and it’s not pleasant. Get yourself some broth and pickles, too
