| I bought some spicy black eyed pea Souoergirl soup from my local grocery store and was underwhelmed even after adding salt. I really wanted to like it. Maybe I didn’t pick a good one? Which is your favorite? |
| None of them. |
|
Their summer gazpachos! Love em
And for wi Ted Rosemary pea soup |
| Wi Ted equal Winter |
|
Ditto 13:04 - I love the tomato and watermelon gazpachos!
|
| I’ve tried a couple. They weren’t gross, but they weren’t good either. I tried adding salt too. Underwhelming is a good word. |
| Did you see their disastrous appearance on Shark Tank? |
| I bought the mullitgawny/lentil soup and it was flavorless. |
| Agree with none of them. I really wanted to like them - but their soups had no flavor. Which is hard to do for soup. A flavorful, healthy soup is incredibly easy. |
| OP here. Do they taste better at her shop? I’m omnivore so I think the vegan ingredients not giving enough of the kind of flavor I’m used to. I love gazpacho so will try that in the summer. |
I rarely eat meat, and not much dairy or other animal products. It's not that. Tasty, vegetarian/vegan soup is easy. I am shocked how flavorless their soups are as someone who significantly plant based. So much easier, tastier to make it myself. |
| They all taste bland to me. The only passable one is the gazpacho. |
I love all of them. Beet is the best and cucumber...oh Yum. |
I go to the M street shop weekly and an omnivore and do wish they contained meat. I think they are great. I love the gazpachos best. Second best is anything pureed. Thrid is anything curried. I DO NOT like anything with pasta-type products in them. Those suck. Bean ones can be hit/miss. That said, I love all soup. |
| After tasting some of these soups I can't understand how the business is so successful. |
